A little bit about Amy

What do you love most about working at Greene IS?
I’m grateful to work with such an incredible team! Their problem-solving skills and innovative thinking never cease to amaze me. I also appreciate our culture of accountability, where we challenge each other to grow through meaningful and inspiring discussions.

Favorite thing to do outside the office:
Yoga, working in my yard, and the Great Outdoors! If the sun is shining, you will almost always find me outdoors. As a July baby, I’m not sure I can ever find temperatures too hot for me to enjoy outdoors – I love warm weather!

Three bucketlist items:
To spend valuable time in all 50 states, not just a passing through.
To spend time in a bungalow over the beautiful waters of the Maldives, Seychelles, or Fiji islands.
To simply live a joyful and full live with my family.

Favorite Quote:
“If you’re not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you’re determined to learn, no one can stop you.” – Zig Ziglar
My mother-in-law shared this quote, “If the problem can be fixed with money, it’s not a problem.”

Any special skills or talents?
I’m not a great addition for a team karaoke competition but I’m a decent add for softball, basketball, baggo, skeet shooting, and tennis. Some people say the speed at which I listen to audiobooks and my ability to turn really complex ideas into tangible tasks are unique skills to me.

Who is someone you admire and why?
My Mom was a big influence in my life because of her resilience. She overcame a lot of life challenges and managed to land on her feet and not only finish the race but challenge the others for first place. She taught me so many life lessons and I miss her terribly; mainly she taught me to not sweat the small stuff.

Tell me more about you:
I have a passion for both people and technology! I bring both logic and heart to everything I do, and I truly love the work I get to be a part of every day. I love spending time with my husband and three daughters in this thing called life.
